Who is Joseph Mevlanna Pritchard?

Joseph was a founder and marketing director of Europe’s most successful call centre business: Merchants.

Joseph is well known for his telephone skills.  He set appointments that made the business millions in turnover each year.  He served his time in the call centre on the telephone, selling everything from computer dealerships to chocolate.
