Executive Strategies

Douglas Webb - Chief Executive of Cornwall Care

What happens when a visionary gets separated from the vision?

Executive Strategies are for senior people within the context of their organisations. Often, people who come to us had a clear vision for their organisation, but got bogged down with the day-to-day. We run this as a five day course which starts with an inquiry into your motives and positioning, and yields information on purpose, direction and decision making. We won’t tell you what to do, we’ll ask; it’s down to us to inquire into your world, and up to you to develop yourself and your organisation in future. If this sounds a bit vague, we’re sorry about that; it’s impossible to generalise. Everyone we work with is different. In essence, Executive Strategies reunite you with your vision.
