Probably the most advanced management development organisation of its time Merchants - a start-up in the 1980's - developed into a global contact centre operation (now owned by NTT). Joseph was part of the start-up group and worked there a long time.

He has also worked on national and global brands for some of the top companies and advertising agencies in the world.

Joseph's interest in communication continues with the exploration of inquiry, dialogue, neurology and body work - and their relevance to strategy, regeneration and renewal.

Academic achievements include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Ashridge Business School; and a Bachelors Degree in Management Science (BSc Hons) from Manchester University.
